Deploy Qwik in India
The static adapter. Qwik City covers the server-rendered half. DataDack detects Qwik from your repository and deploys it to our sovereign Noida region (ap-south-3) — sub-10ms across Northern India, with DPDP data residency by default.
What we detect for Qwik
These are the exact defaults a Qwik repository with no configuration receives. Every one is overridable per project and per environment.
- Install command
- bun install --frozen-lockfile
- Build command
- bun run build
- Output directory
- dist
- Toolchain
- Node 22
- Request handling
- Static · nothing runs per request
A client-rendered bundle on the edge. Deep links work because every unmatched route resolves to index.html — no 404 on /dashboard/settings.
Three steps, no configuration
- 1
Connect the repository
Authorise GitHub once and pick your Qwik repo. Nothing to install locally, no CLI to log into.
- 2
Qwik is detected
We read the repository, identify Qwik, and pre-fill the build: bun run build, publishing dist. Override any of it if your project differs.
- 3
Live on the Indian edge
Your SPA workload is packaged, deployed to the sovereign Noida region (ap-south-3), and served over HTTPS with a certificate we issue and renew for you.

Qwik deployment FAQ
Do I need to configure the build command for Qwik?
No. DataDack detects Qwik and runs bun run build, publishing the dist directory on the Node 22 toolchain. You can override the install command, build command and output directory per project and per environment if your repository differs from the convention.
Where is my Qwik app hosted?
In India. Builds run and your app is served from our sovereign Noida region (ap-south-3), in Tier-IV facilities, giving sub-10ms latency across Northern India; our Mumbai region is launching soon. Data never leaves Indian jurisdiction, which is what makes DataDack DPDP-compliant by default rather than by configuration.
How are unmatched routes handled for Qwik?
Qwik builds a single-page app, so every unmatched route resolves to index.html. Deep links like /dashboard/settings load correctly on first request with no rewrite rules to write.
Can I run preview deployments for Qwik pull requests?
Yes. Every pull request gets its own isolated preview URL with its own environment variables, and previews can be password-protected or SSO-gated. Instant rollback to any previous build is one click, with no rebuild.
